**Property Management Administrator**

We're currently hiring for a Property Management Administrator to join our awesome Property Management team The role doesn't require a background in real estate, so we're really looking for those for a flare for administration, a passion for real estate and ultimately keen to change the way we rent. A great role to start off in the world of property management with great career progression opportunities.

With over 500 properties under management we are looking for someone keen to jump straight in to support the team to deliver exceptional service to both tenants and landlords. **Working hours**: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

**Office Location**: London Waterloo, this is an office-based role - Post probation this moves to 1 day a week WFH.

**Salary**: £24-25k dependent on experience

**Sounds interesting, what does the role involve?**
- Assisting Property Managers with incoming reactive maintenance, triaging in line with our business rules, capturing full details of the issue and escalating for their consideration where required
- Attend with properties across London, where required, prior to new move-ins, to check the property condition and report back to the Property Managers
- Chase rent arrears and update finance team.
- Manage incoming queries, responding within team expected timelines. Directing queries to appropriate team members. Including but not limited to; local council, parking permits, utility companies and block agents
- Responsible for managing compliance of renewals with all relevant legislation for the department, to include EICR and GSC and distribution to relevant parties
- Conducting “end of tenancy tasks” including, key cutting and deposit release administration
- Assist with Invoicing and associated financial administration within the department
- Be a culture and values carrier within and out of the business in all that they do - Acting as one team, acting with integrity, a customer centric approach, deliver impact and ultimately drive change
- Contributing to the development of the department through ad-hoc project work which seeks to identify efficiency gains and improve the customer journey
