We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer to join the team at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford. Are you a strong Administrator, who is a confident decision maker? Then this could be the role for you.

**Role**:Admin Officer - MOJ (Bradford IAC)
**Salary**: £11.28 per hour
**Hours**:Full time, 37 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
**Location**:The office is based in Bradford
**Duration**:Temporary contract until March 2023 with potential to be extended

The role will include working as part of a flexible team in a back-office environment and will be responsible utilising decision making criteria to case manage appeals.

**Role Overview**:

- Compliance checking appeals
- Preparation of Single Justice Procedure work for North and West Yorkshire
- Variety of administration tasks
- Utilising appeals data base
- Contacting customers/stakeholders via phone
- Dealing with confidential information
- Working with a high-volume output and 100% accuracy rates

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent Writing, data entry Skills
- Confident across all MS packages
- Good communication skills for a range of audiences
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative
- Great customer service skills
- Able to communicate across a range of different platforms
- Stakeholder management experience
- Able to communicate with internal/external stakeholders confidently
