**Salary: £23,400 - £25,440 (Point 18 - 22)**

**About the Role**

The National Employment Team deliver a diverse range of employability interventions including:
**Individual Placement and Support (IPS)**: Co-located and integrated within partner agencies such as Community Mental Health Teams or Drug and Alcohol Partnerships. Predominantly working to the IPS delivery model on a 1:1 basis with clients.

**Step Up**: Delivered in community venues such as community hubs and centres. Predominantly, a flexible delivery model with a mix of group and 1:1 work with clients.

The Contract Compliance Advisor has a critical role within this team. The role will involve collating information and data, undertaking quality and compliance checks, updating statistics and reports and providing input to management and stakeholders. This involves having a good eye for detail, being able to accurately update spreadsheets and systems. This wide and varied role requires flexibility and experience in a similar role.

This role will involve working within the National Employment Team in our Glasgow Head Office however; hybrid working can be accommodated and discussed at interview.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- **Experience**_
- Demonstrable experience within an administration, compliance, or assurance role
- Knowledge of data protection requirements
- Experience working with Audit & Risk Committees would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to identify issues and address these
- Confident working and communicating with a range of stakeholders, providing input and feedback where required
- Work effectively with mínimal supervision, and enjoy contributing to the dynamics of a busy team
- Excellent IT skills including MS packages, especially Microsoft Excel
- Working with a variety of in-house systems and processes. Knowledge of Customer Databases and Record Management Systems would be advantageous
- Providing administration support, e.g. minute taking.
- Experience of using Canva, or similar, and an interest in contributing towards promotional material for our services would be desirable
