About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards: Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
- Site Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
- KPI Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to health and safety, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Client Collaboration: Work proactively with client counterparts to deliver projects to specification, ensuring that health and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Health and Safety Advisor within the civil engineering or utility sector.
- Qualifications: NEBOSH or IOSH certification is required.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Driving License: A full UK driving license is mandatory.
