About Us
We are a small business that manufactures electronic technology and parlours for cows, sheep and goats.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation and posting of customer invoices and credit
- Customer credit control
- Issuing customer statements
- Customer payment reconcilliation between bank accounts and accounts software
- Taking and inputting customer orders onto software
- Assisting with year end
- Answering the telephone
- Management of office supplies
**Skills**:
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office would be beneficial
- You will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, highly accurate with good attention to detail and with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
