HPB Management Ltd is a holiday company based in Newmarket with 32 holiday sites across the UK and Europe. We are currently recruiting a Accounts Admin Assistant to join our small team within the Property Department at our Newmarket office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To provide administrative support to the Property Accounts Team - duties to include
- Data input - processing invoices
- Raising invoices and statements
- Intercompany recharges
- Customer Recharges
- Daily transaction reports
- Golf Club Member Subscriptions

In addition to the main functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience within an accounts team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
