We are seeking a Business Centre Manager to join our Toyota dealership in Tunbridge Wells and provide oversight of the sales process.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Business/Transaction Manager, or highly experienced Sales Executive looking for their next role.

**£24,000 Base, £50,000 OTE**
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.00am-6.00pm / Saturday 8.30am-1.00pm (every 3rd Saturday)

**The Fleet Business Centre Manager role**:
To be successful within this role, we do not require previous Automotive experience, just a passion for providing great customer service, an ability to work in a proactive manner and a desire for no two working days to ever be the same
**What your day-to-day might look like**:
+ Controlling the fleet department in all aspects
+ Ordering and controlling Fleet new car stock
+ Keeping and updating daily deal control documents
+ Liaising with suppliers and organising drivers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time
+ Ensuring finance agreements and self-funded deals are correct in conjunction with the administration department
+ Completing and organising vehicle handovers for the Business Centre
+ Gaining business through prospecting physically and virtually
+ Building client relations to deliver loyalty and retention
+ Attending retail Sales meetings to build trust
+ Working closely with your management peers
+ Organising marketing with agency support
+ Planning and delivering product placements on a quarterly basis
**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will either have previous experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or be a very experienced Sales Executive looking to take the next step.
