Administrator/ Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a confident and personable Customer Service/ Administrator to join a busy team in Truro, this role will working full time hours Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00 and will be working for at least a couple of months, possibly longer.

The role is paying £11.00 per an hour and is due to start in the next couple of weeks.

**Role**
- Updating customers on their current job status, and chasing any missing information that might be needed.
- Answering the phones/ general admin duties.

**Skills**
- Minimum of a year admin experience
- Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
