You will be joining the newly established Loyalty and Retention team as a Retention Executive. You will support the Retention Manager to develop and deliver a loyalty strategy designed to engage, reward and excite players, to keep them playing for as long as possible. You will be passionate about providing players with an outstanding player experience, delivering campaigns that support the business to keep player churn low.

**Your tasks**
- Support the Retention Manager with the delivery of the Loyalty strategy including day to day management of third-party agency partners.
- Brief key internal stakeholders for retention campaigns including creative and data, managing compliance approvals and print proofing as required.
- Support the retention manager in the delivery and maintenance of the e-gaming programme, including management of weekly draws and possible use of CMS to make any required updates.
- Work with the internal Insights team to produce retention campaign reports for distribution to key business stakeholders.
- With the support of the retention manager, liaise with key charity department contacts on procurement of charity led opportunities.

**Your qualities**
- You must have strong communication skills and be comfortable presenting ideas or results to a wide audience including Internal and External parties at varying levels.
- Demonstrable experience in distilling and summarising information for management and key stakeholders. Report writing for the business is key.
- Strong organisational and self-management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships across the business, working collaboratively.
- Should enjoy working in a small team, be goal-orientated and work well under pressure.
