As a Marketing Executive at Aveni, you'll have the opportunity to continuously improve our marketing efforts, enhance your marketing skills and gain experience in multiple areas.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Strong writing skills - you’ll possess the ability to quickly pick up the company tone and write to a high standard across multiple channels (web, blogs, reports etc).
- Team player and confident communicator - proactive approach with the willingness to get stuck in and help across multiple marketing areas, working closely with other functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Sales etc).
- Highly organised, fast, and efficient.
- Adaptable and not fazed by change and reprioritisation of workload.
- Must be proactive and comfortable working autonomously.
- Ability to create engaging presentations with keen attention to detail.
- Good knowledge across Microsoft Office/Google: PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs etc

**Non-essential but preferable**
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, premier Pro or a willingness to learn how to use these tools.
- Experience recording and editing videos and podcasts.
- Ability to create eye-catching and engaging social media, web and ad graphics.
- Previous exposure to CRM software, ideally HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Experience using Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics to analyse campaign performance.
- Knowledge of paid Google Search ads
- Experience with SEO.
- Previously experience working within a Financial Services, FinTech/RegTech or start-up organisation
