As an HR Administrator you will be entering into a training program to help you understand all aspects of the staffing and sales industry.

This will include pairing up with senior members of the recruiting team, conference room trainings, attending client meetings with senior sales members and hands-on day-to-day interaction.

The goal is to have you trained on the recruiting side of our business, then make the transition over to business development when you are ready.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow Our Business: You will work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy.
- Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: You will close sales by recommending the right solutions to help our clients understand and solve their real business needs.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans, promote sales growth.
- Lead sales forecasting in anticipation of meeting / exceeding revenue objectives

**Salary**: £20,847.67-£25,133.88 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
