We have a fantastic opportunity for an engaging and solutions focussed IT Trainer and Helpdesk Assistant to join our ICT team, based on-site at our Northampton office. The successful applicant will be supporting our employees by assessing their training needs and developing and delivering training. Alongside this, you will be responding to our employees with first line support for any technical issues.

**Responsibilities**

This is a diverse role which also includes the following:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Work alongside existing support staff to provide first line support for our staff members, both remotely and on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Occasionally set up, configure, repair, and install hardware, software, and other related equipment.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:
You will demonstrate strong communication skills, organisation skills and customer service skills. You will have great attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy and demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is also a requirement, as there will be a need to travel to our other sites when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
