**Job Description**:
Are you an **HR Advisor** looking for a new challenge? Would you relish to the opportunity to support a geographically-dispersed team in a business which is undergoing a huge period of growth?

If so, our Regional People Advisor role could be perfect for you. In this role, you'll be able to **provide commercial People advice** to colleagues across our business - on everything from flexible working to absence management, the **full HR lifecycle** You'll promote best practice and consistency in all people areas, and also have the opportunity to contribute to **People strategy and projects**.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a generalist HR (or related function) role with advisory elements
- Employee relations expertise including planning, managing, and risk mitigation of employment cases
- Thorough understanding of HR administration processes and employee lifecycle, with ability to work independently in the role
- Offer first class levels of customer service to all colleagues to ensure their queries and problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Be confident in providing solutions to colleague queries and problems, by listening and evaluating all possibilities before arriving at a final solution

Our office is based in Cheltenham but we're happy to offer remote working, as long as you're able to travel occasionally for meetings.
