Input and maintain all vacancies on the NHS Jobs and Trac recruitment system including processing all requests for shortlisting. Cover for other members of Medical Workforce team as appropriate. Reception, Filing and general office duties. Process claims and associated expenses in accordance with the Trusts standing financial instructions and Terms and Conditions of Employment for Medical Staff.

Inputting new starters onto Electronic Staff Record (ESR). Terminating and extending medical staffing assignments on Electronic Staff Record. Completing ESR2 and ESR3 payroll documentation accurately including employment details such as salary and banding.
