We are always looking for full and part-time care assistants for house to house visits. Do you have experience professionally or personally for this role? Experience isn't compulsory due to our thorough Induction training programme and provision of continuous management support. We have an exceptional reputation providing care to private clients in their own homes. We have an amazing team of care assistants in place and for this reason all of our clients are referred to us on recommendation due to the high quality of care we provide.

**Excellent rates of pay
- Weekday hourly rate £12.00 hr and weekend hourly rate £13.50 hr. This rate is increased at least once a year.**

**Full time or part time hours available**

**Fixed working patterns**
**Other Shifts available: early shifts(7am start) or afternoon/late shifts (ends 2200)and alternate weekends (early or late shift)**

**Travel time paid in actual time**

**Enhanced bank holiday rates of pay double time and time half**

**5.6 weeks paid holiday entitlement (NOT included in hourly rate)**

**Paid training and shadowing shifts**

**A career pathway - we will support any care worker wanting to complete QCF Level 2 /3 in Health and Social Care following a successful Probation period**
