As a key member of our Quality Team at Communitas Clinics, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clinical and administrative facilities maintain compliance with the highest standards of safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include conducting health and safety checks, developing action plans, and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements such as those set by the Care Quality Commission and Health and Safety legislation.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments for all facilities;
- Review, update, and publish policies and procedures related to health and safety, infection prevention control, and environmental standards;
- Plan and carry out audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Develop robust risk assessments and action plans;
- Collaborate with clinic managers and other teams to address non-compliance issues and implement necessary improvements;
- Provide training and support to ensure adherence to infection prevention control standards;
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Quality.

**Key Indicators**
- Number of audits completed
- Percentage of compliance with IPC and facilities audit standards
- Timeliness of action plan completion
- Achievement of performance targets

**About us**:
Communitas Clinics are providers of Intermediate Healthcare services, currently in Dermatology and ENT for the NHS. Our business is expanding rapidly and we are now looking to recruit a Locations Compliance and Health and Safety Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
