Senior Administrator

**Description**:
Working as part of the Operational Excellence team, the role of Senior Administrator will support our technical teams across the business with Comply and Deliver operations from our Brierley Hill office. They will be responsible for daily administration tasks relating to our technical teams and will involve things such as attending meetings, notetaking, liaising with Finance team, and supporting with the collection of data to facilitatemanagement reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support Technical teams with administrative duties such as formatting reports, gathering data, upholding company branding on all documents, notetaking, management of timesheets and liaising with the Finance team to ensure all invoices are paid within required timescales.
- Support the Planning Coordinator when required with workforce planning and delivery processes.
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming correspondence to the office and redirect to the appropriate parties within the business.
- Support collection of data, such as quality scores or survey results, where necessary to support and facilitate management reporting.
- Act of office lead and be responsible for making arrangements such as team meetings, and social events within the office, booking travel and accommodation when required and any required arrangements such as refreshments for internal meetings.
- Management of office supplies and sundries, ensuring that stock is managed effectively.
- Management of office waste and liaising with waste management companies are required.
- Act as the first point of contact for new joins & leavers to the business and working other departments such as IT and HR to make all necessary arrangements for onboarding/offboarding.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritise several tasks in an energetic environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise, and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, calendars, meetings etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency with office productivity tools.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Ability to work unsupervised while still managing and prioritising own workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
**Knowledge**
- Understanding of administrative roles and responsibilities.
**Experience**
- Experience working with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Experience in a previous Administration role.
- Previous experience writing and presenting reports would be desirable.
