The Senior Administrator will oversee all administrative tasks within the Secretarial & Business Support department for a well-established property company in Birmingham. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and leading a team towards achieving department goals.

Description

Oversee the administrative functions of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Lead, motivate and develop the administrative team.
Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and processes.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the company.
Manage department resources and budget.
Ensure all company policies and regulations are adhered to within the department.
Handle any escalated administrative issues.
Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives.Profile

A successful Senior Administrator should have:

Senior Administrator experience
Proven experience in an administrative leadership role.
Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.Job Offer
