Band 7Project support for AHP workforce recruitment

We are seeking a fixed term role to provide Project support for the recruitment of the AHP workforce for the Ealing Community Diagnostic centre. This is an interesting and varied role where you will have the opportunity to get involved in developing and delivering resourcing solutions according to business need and providing recruitment expertise.
- Demonstrate experience of advising managers on a wide range of resourcing issues, with sound process and employment law knowledge
- Is a passionate team player, with strong influencing skills
- A calm, confident and customer focused communicator who will work proactively with managers to bring about deliver results.

The role will support the Radiology Management team responsible for the AHP workforce for the new build Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre, in particular providing support with project management, talent acquisition, national and international recruitment, data collection and analysis to deliver service and workforce transformation. This will require the development of practical workforce solutions to ensure maximising functionality of the E - rostering system, training and development and new ways of working to deliver a high-quality workforce for the new community diagnostic centre.
