**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This role will act as the lynchpin for the team, taking a lead in coordinating the TEC Senior Leadership Team, coordinating a wide range of planning activities and coordinating the program of development to ensure project deliverables are achieved. In addition the Planning Lead will be responsible for general management duties in support of the wider TEC team.

The aim of the program of work is to support the Charity's objectives in enabling people to live their Best Lives Possible through deploying technology to support our frontline colleagues, improve safety and maximize the independence of the People we Support. The TEC Planning Lead will be key in bringing together support for the wider team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as well as managing and providing key support to our operational team. This role will involve many aspects of planning as well as administrative support, reviewing and drafting papers and managing governance on behalf of the TEC Managing Director.

This role is new to the charity and will continue to emerge and grow over time - someone who is enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated will be critical. Although experience in Technology Enabled Care is not a requirement for this role a positive can do attitude, aptitude and a willingness to learn are all essential.

- Educated to Diploma level or equivalent experience of working in a similar role
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-driven work tasks- Ability to bring a team together to act as a central point of information for the team and team activities- Good IT skills including MS Office- Ability to lead on a task with mínimal supervision- Skilled at bringing together large sets of information together and collating in one place, making complex information easily understood- Excellent communication skills - including ability to synthesize information, draft a range of presentations and internal communications- Skilled at managing upwards as well as in a peer group or with direct reports- Ability to network across the organisation to establish working relationships in order to deliver business outcomes.- Experience of working in the social care sector previously- Ability to demonstrate high level knowledge and experience in the management of business and general off
