The Financial Systems Administrator works as part of the Financial Systems Management team within the Financial Systems Service Delivery, reporting to the Financial Systems Application Administration Supervisor.

**About the Role**

The team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of approximately 200 user accounts per month, along with maintenance and management of the University’s chart of accounts, purchasing hierarchy and security within the University’s key finance systems, primarily Oracle Financials EBS 12.2.9 and SAP Concur e Expenses. This requires a high level of accuracy in processing large volumes of data.

You will be based in Hythe Bridge Street but you may be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.

**About You**

You will have experience in processing large volumes of data, accurately and efficiently. As well as having experience adhering to processes and procedures accompanied by an understanding of the reasons why these are necessary.

You will have a logical approach to problem solving and have the ability to look at the wider picture in order to provide solutions. You will be thorough in your work with accuracy and a strong attention to detail. IT literacy, including extensive recent use of Microsoft TM Office toolset, database interrogation and reporting tools is also essential.

You will possess the ability to prioritise according to business and user requirements; to manage and prioritise own workload whilst also balancing this with the priorities and workload of a wider team.
