Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team

**Duties include**:

- Responsible for the production of the Monthly Payroll for all employees.
- Ensure all data is authentic and processed within tight deadlines including Starters, Leavers, variable permanent and temporary data.
- Responsible for all correct parameters and components to be in place at new Tax Year and Budget amendments.
- Produce monthly payroll reconciliations and journals to the Management Accountants to assist with the accurate production of the monthly accounts also providing advice and information on payroll issues as and when required.
- Informing Employees wherever possible on taxation matters, guiding them to find the best solutions possible to any given situation by keeping an accurate personal knowledge of legislation and best practices.
- Maintaining Occupational Sick, SSP, SMP and SPP records, implementing payments and deductions as required.
- Ensuring remittances are accurately paid to HMRC, County Court, CSA within constricted deadlines.
- Ensure HMRC legislation of monthly RTI report and the annual P60, P11d documents are produced and submitted within strict deadlines.
- Prepare the Monthly AE Pension report, to be submitted to the Companies Pension provider and make payment within strict deadlines.

**You will have**:

- Previous experience of all payroll procedures & processes
- Manual Payroll Calculations Procedures
- All Statutory Tax Year End Procedures
- Payroll Computer systems
- Knowledge of Tax & NI legislation to be maintained
