HR Coordinator

If so, we are working with a local charity who are looking to recruit a HR Co-ordinator tosupport the Corporate Services Directorate to deliver responsive and high-quality human resources advice and guidance and flexible problem-solving abilities.
They are on a mission to provide exceptional HR support to their stakeholders and are looking for a passionate, driven individual to be part of their journey.
In the role of HR Coordinator, you'll handle everything related to employees - from their first day to the last. You'll provide essential support to the People team, managing training records, helping with hiring, and overseeing employee assistance programs and service awards.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to find and bring on board talent across the business. Your attention to detail will be key as you handle documentation for investigations, making sure everything is compliant and confidential.
You'll also be first point of contact for managers and employees offering advice on HR terms and conditions and help manage absence in a positive way.

**Skills and Experience**:
Previous HR experience at support level is essential.
UK employment law is also essential
You must as a can-do attitude and a proactive approach couple with strong communication skills as they are crucial to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
Self-motivation and the ability to collaborate within a team are highly valued characteristics.
Organisational and time-management skills is key to meeting deadlines and ensuring efficiency.
This is a permanent, full time role. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm but this can be flexible. Hybrid working is offered and that can be 2/3 days in the office, per week.
4 day working is available once passed probation. You will be working as part of a small, supportive team who are incredibly passionate about the work they do as it has such a positive impact on their stakeholders and ultimately their customers.
