We are seeking a confident, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic to join our New Property Team within an established family run property agency. This is an exciting opportunity for those seeking to secure a career within the tourism/property sector working within a friendly pro-active team focussed on delivering excellent customer service to a range of clients. The suitable applicant will be responsible for dealing with new property enquiries, carrying out new property appointments, building relationships with property owners and completing property registration tasks on an administrative level. This will be alongside marketing properties for letting, holiday letting and sales and communicating with new property owners as we welcome and on-board them to the company. There will also be times when the holiday reservations team will need to be supported by the successful applicant. We are seeking someone motivated to be proactive in a busy environment. This role is full of variety, and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks. Which particular skills are needed will vary, depending on the task, but the following skills and requirements are key to this role:

- Have a driving licence and own car
- Have good communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal)
- Have good command of written English, offering creativity when writing property descriptions for marketing
- Have a good combination of sales and administrative skills, being able to close a deal using both
- Enjoy working as part of and contributing to a team
- Have a positive attitude and to use initiative even when the going gets tough
- Have a forward thinking attitude
- Have good organisational and time management skills and be able to multi-task
- Have the ability to work fast under pressure, be adaptable and meet deadlines when required
- Be motivated and resilient

Hours: Mon - Tue - Thurs - Fri (9am to 5.30pm) / Sat (9am to 5.00pm). Overnight duty 1 in 8 weeks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bournemouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
