Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator and looking for a new and exciting challenge to re-ignite your passion for property?

Are you frustrated earning a low basic and capped commission and feel you have reached your ceiling in a traditional, highly structured agency setting?

We are currently working with an ambitious and expanding estate agency platform which has been established to provide the area with a quality estate agency business operating in the mid to upper quartile.

You will be self-employed and given all the tools to set up your own business in a given territory local to this area.

The company aims to provide you with a complete "Business in a box" with absolutely no cost to yourself and to take away all the White Noise so you can concentrate on listing and selling properties.

Most importantly you earn 70% of the commission fee received on completion meaning your earning potential can be much higher than with a traditional agency.

**Purpose of the role**:

- To provide exceptional customer experience
- Working from a central Bournemouth office, full autonomy on hours etc but part of a wider, supportive team
- Attend Market appraisals, valuations and viewings with the aim of converting a high level of business.
- Where possible identify legal and mortgage referrals
- Promote yourself and the brand through social media platforms and traditional canvassing

**Your Background**

A strong entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to run your own business.

A great background in Estate Agency - ideally around 3 years with strong listing to instruction conversion.

100% Customer focused with exceptional integrity.

A self-starter who is motivated to succeed and happy to set own hours and make decisions.
