**The Role**

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Administrator to act as the first point of contact for our customers and stakeholders. Ensuring the delivery of a customer focused service by responding to a wide range of enquiries from tenants, residents, and other customers, providing advice and information at the first point of contact through assessing needs, in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.

Hours: 21 Per Week (Monday-Friday).

**About You**

You will have:

- Experience and a good understanding of customer care.
- Ideally, an understanding of the social housing sector and related legislation.
- The ability to plan and prioritise your workload to meet targets.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to quickly ascertain customer needs, dealing with these directly or signposting to the right place.
- The ability to use Microsoft Office suite to a high standard.
- The ability to negotiate and deal effectively with difficult situations and customers.
- Experience of accurate record keeping and recording of information.
