**Office Manager - Global Financial Services**
**£50,000 - £60,000**
**City - 1 day WFH**
A fantastic opportunity for a true Office Manager with extensive experience to join a global Financial Services company in a fast-paced role.
This is an exciting role which will eventually involve building a team around you.
**The Role**:
- Management of the UK office budget
- Management of facilities including suppliers and contracts for IT, office supplies etc.
- Health and safety management including fire safety
- Responsible for all invoicing
- Management of office move
- Reception management
- Organising internal and external company events
- Annual compliance reviews
- HR Admin including onboarding and offboarding, inductions and contracts
- Review payroll and assist with joiners, leavers, benefit deductions etc.
**Essential requirements**:
- Solid, recent experience as an Office Manager within Financial/Professional Services
- Strong understanding and knowledge of H&S and compliance
- Experience managing contracts including IT, office suppliers, cleaners etc.
- Budget management experience
- Line management experience
