**Stores Administrator**

We have a vacancy for a Stores Administrator; we are a small organisation, so this is a solo role covering a multitude of responsibilities and tasks.

This is a full-time position, based at our facility in Corby. Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00 hours and Friday, 07:30 - 15:00 hours, with a 45-minute lunch break Monday to Thursday and 30-minute lunch break Friday (40-hour week). Extra hours will be required on occasions to meet the needs of the business.

**Role Requirements**
- Dealing with customer enquiries for spare parts
- Liaising with the aftersales department in Italy
- Preparation of quotations for spare parts
- Packing/Despatch of spare parts and units
- Booking parts into and out of stock
- Scheduling of maintenance on the company fleet of vehicles
- Maintaining the stock levels of packaging components for the stores & engineering department
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience working within a stores environment would be advantageous
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Full, clean driving license
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good practical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
- Enthusiastic, 'hands on, can do' approach, willing to pitch in and help, irrespective of the task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
