Personal Assistant and Event Co-ordinator

Seeking a professional and adaptable individual with excellent forward planning skills, and a keen eye for detail.
We are home to a range of simply ‘First Class Gentleman’s Grooming Requisites’, providing gent’s hair & skin care and beard products to customers both directly and through worldwide distribution. Our range is made in the UK using only the highest quality ingredients, with our Head Office being based in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
We need someone to provide seamless support to our Founder, managing his diary & day to day activities - along with managing and executing events.
Your main duties will revolve around ensuring the founder's engagements go smoothly and any unforeseen issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
The role primarily includes:
Calendar Management
Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
Handling requests and queries appropriately
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Planning & executing of Trade Shows
Planning & executing of social events/catering/guestlist/timings etc.
Sourcing office supplies
Organising and maintaining filing systems
Acting as the point of contact between the founder and clients
Keeping track of office birthdays/internal events
Experience is preferred but not a must, a willingness to learn and good written English is essential, along with computer literacy.
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- King's Lynn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
