Spares Co-ordinator

**Key Objective**

To accurately co-ordinate and process customer spares requirement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and process direct customer contact spare part orders by telephone.
- Process orders using current business system database.
- Liaise with other departments (chase/order parts etc.).
- Resolve customer’s spares problems.
- Maintain departmental records.
- Develop product knowledge and maintain awareness of product development.
- Co-ordinate dispatch of spares by post, carrier or collection.
- Work within the team structure, covering where required ensuring department goals are reached.
- Take part in ongoing training plan to develop knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all company policies including the H & S policy and other guidance notes issued by the company
- Any other ad hoc duties as may be requested by your Line Manager from time to time.

**Skills Required**:

- GCSE Grade 4 (equivalent) or above in English and Maths.
- Basic I.T Skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Good Telephone Manner

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £20,319.00-£21,750.00 per year
