Bakery Packer

Job Summary:
Smiths the Bakers are seeking a 2 reliable people to join our team. As a packer, you will be responsible for packing and co-ordinating orders ready for delivery. This can be a physically demanding role that requires lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, although training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle materials with care and follow proper handling procedures
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Print Labels
- Label items correctly

**Skills**:

- A knowledge of bread and cake varieties
- Ability to perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes

2 People are required:
**Position 1: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8pm-Midnight**
**Position 2 Friday and Sunday 8pm-1am**
You must be flexible and able to cover extra evenings to cover holiday and sickness leave.

Uniform is provided.

Working in a food environment you will be expected to have a Level 2 Food Hygiene or obtain one within 4 weeks of starting.
