**Wanted - Office Administrator.**

We are a very successful animal healthcare business based in Sherburn In Elmet and require a bright, cheerful and enthusiastic person to join our merry band of sales admin staff.

Having no experience is no problem as this role is unlike any other, it is busy, varied and challenging. Full training will be provided for the right individual.

This can be a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key, we deal with customers from all over the world and pride ourselves on our customer service, our attention to detail and going the extra mile to meet our customers’ high expectations.

Like any successful business its our people that make the difference, our customers feel special because we make them feel special and make that difference happen. So, are you ready to make a difference?

**Role and requirements**:

- Responding to customer enquiries, quotation requests and communications.
- Processing customer orders and arranging outgoing shipments.
- Be actively involved in new sales initiatives to attract new or grow existing customer sales.
- General office tasks.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Supporting colleagues and other departments when required.
- Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.00pm (40hrs per week.)

**25 days holiday per annum + statutory holidays.**
