Join us as a Onboarding Specialist, Wealth
- We’ll look to you to take responsibility for the full end-to-end management of new and existing client onboarding and additional parties to provide a seamless client experience
- You'll be compiling and submitting accurate onboarding files to QA, measured through first time yield to improve client experiences and reduce onboarding time

**What you’ll do**:
Day-to-day, you’ll be engaging with internal and external clients to improve their experiences and to make sure all stakeholders are updated on progression statuses. As the direct point of contact for our clients, you’ll make sure that all client requirements are delivered on behalf of the advisers.

We’ll expect you to prepare and attend client meetings to help with onboarding files and to enhance our clients’ experience. Not only will you maintain anti-money laundering (AML) knowledge and changes to policy requirements, but you’ll manage risk escalations found by working with the first line of defence teams.

You’ll also be responsible for:

- Making sure risks posed in any client relationships have been accurately documented, assessed, and appropriately mitigated
- Working with clients and professional advisers to deliver exceptional services while proactively engaging with key stakeholders across the business
- Undertaking day-to-day workflow management and communication with team leaders and wider business functions
- Supporting service level agreements and reportable first time yield appetite to progress onboarding cases inclusive of AML requirements and operational tax elements
- Building knowledge for enhanced due diligence requirements that are inclusive of high risk client onboarding that incorporate evidential requirements, executive summary and Reputational Risk Forum papers

**The skills you’ll need**:
To be successful in this role, you'll need experience of providing a high-level client service, as well as a good understanding of how to absorb complex information and deliver against productivity targets.

You’ll also need:

- Exceptional communication skills that demonstrate a client-centric focus
- Great time and workflow management skills
- Knowledge of wider business propositions
