About the Role:
As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategies alongside hiring managers, aiming to find and match great people with their vacancies - focussing on vacancies within Global Technical, Sustainability and Strategy based throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and positioning job offers; right through to onboarding.
- Develop and implement talent engagement programs and initiatives, such as Employer Brand campaigns, Open Days and talent pipelining.
- Monitoring feedback and outcomes received to empower you to learn, adapt and grow.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent engagement and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
- Proven experience in a role focussed around detail, delivery and strong communication.
- An understanding of talent acquisition and/or engagement strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in a tracking software would be great, i.e. Applicant Tracking System or CRM tool.
