**Role**:Head of People & Training
**Salary**:Circa £60,000 - £85,000 + 15% Bonus
**Location**:Central London
My client rapidly is a rapidly growing organisation who offer investment, hedge fund and payment solutions to corporate clients. As a result of their significant growth and to support their ambitious plans for the next few years they are recruiting for anambitious Head of People & Training who can identify and implement proactive People initiatives to support their exceptional growth.
- Lead the People function and a small team to provide a cohesive and consistent experience for employees, in line with best practice and legislation
- Development, planning, and strategy for all HR and talent acquisition activities across the business
- Act as a Senior Leader within the business providing knowledge and advice on people processes and practices
- Improve their performance appraisal and people development processes
- Implement a training program to support current and future managers in key managerial skills
- Create an impactful onboarding process for new starters in all departments
- Manage the training and development plans and ensure they are of a high standard
- Manage the diversity, equality, and inclusion values and practices within the company, including providing training to the wider business
- Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives and programmes are well planned, coordinated, relevant, timely and adhere to the company’s values
**Person Specification**
- A minimum of 5 years direct experience of People or Human Resources at managerial level
- You must have worked in fast moving, high growth entrepreneurial environments with SME experience
- Professional services background, ideally within Financial Services
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Knowledge of European legislation, specifically Italy or Spain would be beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively and convincingly across a variety of stakeholders at all levels of management
