**What's the role about?**

We have an exciting opportunity to join the People function as a People Analytics Specialist.

You will become part of the wider People Analytics team and embark on a journey towards predictive and prescriptive People Analytics.

There are currently a lot of opportunities within this recently transformed function, including optimising ways of working, moving away from operational reporting, creating strategic dashboards while also establishing key people metrics, people KPIs and defining ways of looking at people data at Partnership level.

**What will you be doing?**

This role is part of the wider People Analytics team which focuses on data extraction, analysis and presentation.

This particular role will focus on looking after Workday reports, introducing self-service, using people metrics, analysing, benchmarking and presenting them visually via Workday dashboards, Tableau and other tools (training will be provided).

You will spend a lot of time building reports and dashboards, communicating with stakeholders with the aim to understand their needs and translate into meaningful analysis and visuals, in order to drive decision making and action to optimise achievement of strategic outcomes.

The role will have a lot of opportunity to work cross functionally and will be working closely with our stakeholders across the People function and the Partnership. The team collaborates with the Data and Analytics function hence in addition to partners’ data, it also has access to customer information and productivity metrics.

The role will have an opportunity to establish how analysis of Partner data is conducted in the business, to understand what is needed for the People Function as well as other Functions (and any strategic interventions) to support delivery of the Partnership Plan objectives.

**What you'll have**

You will be experienced in business and data analysis and familiar with Workday, ideally Workday reporting, be comfortable with Google sheets/Excel and ideally have used other analytical tools in the past, or be interested in learning about them.

You will be an independent thinker, a good communicator and able to translate complex data into meaningful stories and explain them to our stakeholders.

You will know how to tell a story through data and analytics in an engaging and professional way.

You will have worked cross-functionally and built productive relationships with stakeholders.

You will have broad knowledge of HR and the employee lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about transforming the business by using evidence-based recommendations.

The role would suit a curious person who loves asking questions and is happy to spend time working out answers using data.

We are looking for someone who is technical, loves numbers and logic but can also be creative with data and visuals but would also thrive in a customer-facing role and is enthusiastic about helping our stakeholders achieve the best business outcomes.
