The business implemented Workday recently and there is an ongoing project to fully integrate this into the business. The HR Analytics team are looking for their first People Analytics Manager to report to the Head of People Analytics. You’ll have three HR Analysts reporting into you and you’ll be responsible for their professional development and progression. As the People Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our people analytics strategy with the Head of People Analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data and analytics to inform talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and overall organisational effectiveness. Although there will be reporting requirements, the aim of the role will be to be focused on analytics and insights and presenting those to senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll be charged with influencing behaviours across the business to ensure effective data capture and integrity. You’ll partner closely with the Workday HRIS team to ensure this is delivered. You’ll collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to identify key metrics and analytics needs. You’ll collect, analyse, and interpret workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. As well as this you’ll create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner. You must conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity, working closely with HRIS systems. You should also stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics to continuously improve and innovate.

To be considered for this role you must have worked in people analytics for at least 4 years. It is essential that you have been in HR analytics roles and not just general business data analytics positions. You must be able to work in their London office at least 2 days per week and have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available). It’s not essential that you’ve had direct line management responsibility before but if that is the case then you need to be able to give examples of where you’ve supervised, mentored or trained staff. You should have strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau would be preferred. You should have effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. A strategic mindset with the ability to align people analytics initiatives with organisational goals and strong project management skills for a matrix global business is key. The business is offering circa £70k plus bonus for this role and offers the opportunity to complete a progressive people analytics management role for a global organisation that is heavily investing in its systems and people analytics capabilities.
