Warwick Medical School (WMS) is looking for a coordinator to provide high quality administrative support across the _iheed _programmes.

This is a pivotal role as part of the partnership with _iheed_, providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for queries related to _iheed _at Warwick, ensuring records are accurate and aligned with _iheed_, and working closely with both colleagues at iheed and across central teams at the university.

Permanent, full-time role (36.5 hours per week), hybrid working with 3 days per week on campus. Limited travel within the UK and Republic of Ireland may be required. Interviews will take place in person at the University.

You should be an experienced administrator with excellent communication and IT skills who works accurately and with excellent attention to detail, particularly when processing data.

You should have a proactive approach, be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

Warwick Medical School entered into a validation partnership with iheed, an online education provider based in Dublin, in 2019. Since its launch with the Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes Care, the provision has how expanded to five Masters level courses with three intakes per year.
