**Your role at Orbit.**

We are recruiting a customer focused individual to join the Empty Homes and Lettings team. As a Lettings Coordinator you will be working on improving the customer experience during the letting process, ensuring excellent service to internal and external customers. The team work in a proactive manner to ensure that all customers have a home where they can thrive. The Lettings Co-ordinators perform a busy role and work at pace to ensure all deadlines are hit. You will be working in our Customer Hub, Brindle Avenue, Coventry and be working to support a team in the office and that cover the homes across our whole portfolio.

- Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Flexible team colleague with a focus on team task approach to meet the needs of the customer and organisation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage high volumes of work
- Commitment and understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to effectively schedule and plan diaries
- Previous experience in a customer service environment / housing
