Experience of managing key client and stakeholder relationships, having some experience in the implementation, use and management of a CRM system, knowing how to support complex projects and working across complex teams to achieve sales teams. The newly formed Enterprise & Innovation Organisation (EIO) combines together knowledge exchange, innovation, and commercial activity into a single entity.

You will be playing a critical role in the successful sustainable growth of the operational delivery of commercial business. The Sales and Account Management team in EIO works across and supports our pillars to ensure success in commercial activities across the UK and our international hubs.

**What will a typical day look like in this role?**

Leading the day-to-day management of a wide variety of operational processes, reporting, financial administration and customer satisfaction monitoring activities to support the Sales & Account Management function and EIO pillars.

Managing, coaching and supporting direct report, while role-modelling desired organisational values and behaviours and embedding a high-performance culture across the Sales team.

Operating and assuming the role as the superuser of the B2B CRM change program, ensuring the management of data integrity, user adoption and addressing CRM-related queries for the Group.

Being instrumental in the execution and increasing the adoption of Salesforce across the Group.

Analysing past and current sales data to determine trends to support organisational focus.

Investigating, monitoring & reporting customer satisfaction with existing projects including Industrial PhDs and KTPs.

Collaborating as a key internal lead in the periodic review of agreed administrative processes, systems and management information (both manual and computerised) to ensure effective day-to-day delivery of sales and commercial projects.

Assisting with the development of relevant marketing collateral including the management of updates for the website.

Assisting and coordinating the day-to-day management of sales and account management and EIO commercial activity.
