**Salary**:Circa£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
**Hours**:Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with an earlier finish on a Friday
We are working for a well-established Company based in Poole who are currently looking to seek a Payroll Administrator on a full-time basis due to a retirement within the business.
The company employ around 200 staff (60 office & 140 shop floor) and they operate payroll on a weekly and monthly basis along with processing weekly & monthly expenses for their 30 site engineers.
You will be undertaking payroll from start to finish where duties will include (but not limited to);
- Administering weekly & monthly payroll for employees including setting up on the system, starter checklists, issuing P45’s, P60’s etc
- Collating and preparing expenses for payment on a weekly & monthly basis
- Prepare reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly reviews
- Resolve payroll queries
For this role you will possess;
- Previous payroll experience
- Experience of processing weekly & monthly payroll
