A fantastic opportunity has become available within rapidly growing firm of Accountants located within the Poole area for a Payroll Specialist/Administrator to join their expanding Payroll Team. This successful firm pride themselves on consistently deliveringthe highest standard of service to their wide variety of clients, which include services such as Tax, Audit, Corporate Finance and Payroll amongst many other accounting services.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
While in this role your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing a variety of payrolls for clients
- Managing a portfolio of clients and be the point of contact for them
- Liaise with new clients and set up new payrolls for them
- Managing customer surveys and effectively dealing with any queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaising with HMRC where needed regarding employee payments
- Keeping up to date with legislation and also company policies and making amendments where necessary.
- Occasionally helping to source new business opportunities within the payroll functions
