DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Payroll and Procurement Administrator to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- Audit Timecards and entries on a weekly basis ensuring they are accurate
- Manage deductions, allowances, and benefits calculations, adhering to relevant legal and organizational policies
- Collaborate with the HR team to maintain updated employee records and ensure payroll compliance
- Ensure that salary information is maintained and treated with the strictest confidence
- Create purchase orders using the Oracle system
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and generate periodic reports as required
- Facilitate the uniform ordering process, ensuring timely distribution to employees
- Liaise with uniform vendors to manage inventory, quality control, and uniform customization
- Maintain accurate records of uniform orders, sizes, and allocations

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Proficiency in payroll management software and familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and data entry systems.
- Prior experience in payroll, procurement, or data entry roles is highly desirable
