**Peer Recovery Worker (PCN)**
**Contract: Permanent**
**Hours: 37 or 22.5 Hours per Week **(Part time and full-time positions available)
**Salary Range: £21,618 - £23,280 Per Annum, Pro rata**
**Location: Southampton**

In partnership with Southern Health Foundation Trust (SHFT), and Primary Care Networks (PCN), Solent Mind has an established Peer Support Team throughout Southampton. We have two vacant roles at present in the East of the city.
As a Peer Worker it is essential you have lived experience of mental health difficulties and understand the key concepts of recovery. The Peer Support Team works with the Primary Care Mental Health Team so you will need to have the confidence and skills to work with NHS staff at all levels and to work with service users with a range of need. The ability to manage your own caseload and to travel across the city is essential for this role as you will be mainly working in the community. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
