**Our Mediation and Disagreement Resolution service supports individuals in disagreement of a young person’s education and health care plan in bringing different parties together to work towards a positive outcome.**

**Location - **Stockport SK1 with some hybrid working.

**Working **pattern - **22.5 hours per week, ideally working 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) however happy to discuss and be flexible. This is a part time role.

**Starting Salary £12,769.80 pro rata 22.54 hours (**Full time equivalents £21,283.00 with two-yearly increments)

As a **Mediation & Disagreement Resolution Coordinator **you will be the first point of contact for families and young people seeking support from the team. You will provide mediation advice in line with Special Education Needs & Disability legislation and guidance and take detailed notes from families.

Do you have experience of working with families requiring support for their children who have special educational needs along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills?

Are you an effective and supportive team member who works in an organised and methodical manner?

Do you have the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences, including other employees within the Together Trust, parents, Local Authorities and other professionals?

We are looking for someone who can identify work priorities and manage their own workload to meet deadlines as well as the ability to show sensitivity in dealing with confidential issues.
