**Accounts Payable Assistant - French Speaking | 9 month Fixed Term Contract | Nottinghamshire | £21k**
We are currently recruiting for an entry level**accounts payable assistant** with**French** speaking abilities.This is a great opportunity to work for a well established business on the outskirts of Nottingham where they will trainyou in all aspects of purchase ledger.You will have a keen interest in finance and have the desire to learn and take your career forward in this area of finance.This will be covering a**9 month fixed term contract**, full time hours, offeringa **hybrid** working pattern.

**Responsibilities**:
Processing high volume **purchase invoices**
Allocating monies to various accounts
Gaining authorisations for payments
Organising**purchase order** numbers
Dealing with problem accounts and rectifying any discrepancies
Generating reports for payments
General accounts related duties
Fluent in both written and verbal**French**
A keen interest in working within an **accounts** function
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communicator at all levels
IT literate with a good understanding of Excel
