Delivery Lead (TMO) - 6 Month FTC

Lloyd’s are seeking to recruit a Delivery Lead / TMO (Transformation Management Office) Delivery Lead on a 6 Month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) you will lead and coordinate and act as a critical link between executive vision and the daily activities of workstreams and also manage transformation as part of the Transformation Management Office.

Working as the Delivery Lead you will enhancing Lloyd’s products and services through Blueprint2 (“BP2”) working closely with DXC and Velonetic to support delivery.

Delivery Lead Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for driving the transformation agenda, which includes ensuring that workstreams are aligned with the overall strategy and monitoring progress

**Ensuring oversight of BP2**: Responsible for ensuring stakeholder engagement, which includes communicating with stakeholders about progress, risks and dependencies

**Managing dependencies, risks and issues**: Responsible for managing risks, dependencies and issues, which includes identifying potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans, and escalating issues as needed

**Measuring and reporting progress**: Responsible for measuring and reporting progress, which includes establishing metrics to track progress against goals, analysing progress to identify trends and insights, and reporting progress to senior leadership

**Ensuring better use of tool**: As necessary, responsible for ensuring consistent use of tools across the programme

**Developing and implementing BP2**: Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the BP2 strategy

Running and/or supporting delivery of delivery progress sessions to enhance transparency across the programme

Responsible for enhancing the culture of the Joint TMO

Skills and Knowledge required of the Delivery Lead

Knowledge & experience of TMO tools and processes

Good understanding of Risks and Dependencies

Good understanding of JIRA and Confluence

Awareness of the different roles and responsibilities of change professionals across projects

An understanding of digital

**Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills**: identify problems and develop solutions with stakeholders.

The manager should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

The manager should be able to tell compelling stories that inspire others to take action

Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Good stakeholder management and relationship building with the ability to adapt approach

Good presentation and facilitation skills

Ability to be flexible and organise stakeholders
