Reporting to our Director of Enterprise Technology, this is an exciting new opportunity to truly own the delivery function within our Enterprise Tech department and transform our tech (no matter how big or small) for the entire business. This role primarily focuses on the delivery of our long-term enterprise technology strategy. We're seeking a well-rounded skill set, including extensive exposure to enterprise solutions, deep business system knowledge, and a passion for delivery best practices. A customer-centric approach is essential, considering internal system users as customers. This role will extend across the organisation to enhance current and future business operations through technical innovation.

**What you will do**:

- Manage end to end delivery of work within the Enterprise Tech department - including planning, scoping, governance, structure and management of the work
- Coordinate with other Delivery Leads in Dojo to ensure effective delivery of cross cutting initiatives through effective risk and dependency management
- Collaborate with the Director of Delivery to continuously optimise and improve delivery ways of working across Dojo
- Work closely as part of the department leadership to define success measures, and responsible for enabling effective delivery of outcomes
- Run the relevant governance and structure for the department, with responsibility for helping solve blockers, resource gaps and other challenges
- Empowered to make decisions around work sequencing, output quality and coherence of strategy and vision, closely collaborating with the department Director
- Able to get stuck in and coordinate delivery on the ground to ensure work in moving forward, while also seeing the bigger picture and connecting the dots to ensure we are delivering to the overarching strategy and outcomes of the business
- Prepare and manage budgets for delivery initiatives (where needed) in-line with company budgeting process

**What you will bring**:

- A proven track record of delivery management at a senior level in a corporate platform or internal tooling enterprise technology role
- Proven experience of working closely with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party solutions into our financial products and ensure smooth collaboration
- Delivery / Programme management experience - working on large complex initiatives that cut across a Product & Tech organisation
- Delivery management coordination experience across all functions of an organisation, bringing together all the streams necessary to achieve the business outcomes (beyond Product & Tech)
- Experience of working within a delivery framework, and working with others to improve the delivery ways of working
- Experience of working closely with Tribe / Programme / Department level stakeholders, and building strong relationships with CXO level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of delivery best practices, with experience coordinating effective delivery
