Marketing Assistant

My client are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work with them on a temporary basis. Starts ASAP, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and the pay rate is £13,73 per hour.

As this is working in an Educational establishment then you will need an Enhanced DBS for this poosition.

Duties and Responsibilities are:

- The Marketing Officer will work alongside other members of the marketing department in the development, co-ordination, project management and delivery of all digital marketing, offline marketing and social media strategies across a range of platforms andmedia for all three colleges in the Croydon College Group: Croydon College, Coulsdon Sixth Form Centre and Croydon University Centre.

The Marketing Officer will work alongside the Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager and other members of the Marketing, Admissions and Student Services teams to ensure a 'joined-up' approach to messaging, co-ordination of campaigns and delivery, takingthe lead as required.

Key areas of responsibility to include (but not necessarily be limited to):

- Website updates to ensure content is up to date and relevant
- News content generation - research, digest, repurpose or create content
- Planning and delivery of social media content
- Updates to internal college screens and Moodle
- Content management of marketing Intranet functions and pages
- Text message marketing
- Content and delivery of monthly E-News bulletins
- Content collation for termly Newsletter
- Assisting at events
