**About the Dental Focus Marketing Agency**:
Dental Focus is the market leader in award-winning dental websites. Established in 2001, our niche digital marketing agency has created over 2,500 websites for dentists and dental practices nationwide across the United Kingdom as well as globally in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. We’re responsible for managing client websites and attracting patients via Website Marketing, Social Media, and Google Ads or Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

The company charity is the Mouth Cancer Foundation and we also believe in supporting many great causes including charities for children, mental health, world poverty, drinking water, planting trees, the homeless, the local Croydon borough, and other causes close to our team members’ hearts.

**Are you a motivated, enthusiastic individual looking to**:

**Your time will be spent**:

- Managing updates to client websites, supported by the in-house team of web designers and developers
- Liaising directly with clients to coordinate their ongoing update requests
- Assisting with ad hoc incoming / outgoing telephone calls
- Supporting colleagues in a team environment

**Essential traits**:

- Strong work ethic, driven, self-learning and self-improving.
- Reliability, punctuality and honesty.
- Excellent and confident call handling skills.
- Attention to detail with a fast and structured approach to work.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.

**You must possess**:

- A/Bs at GCSE and A-Level.

or
- 2:2 Degree or higher.
- A degree is not essential if you possess A/B academic grades._
